I had to write a review on this cookbook. It has changed my life. I have many, many cookbooks but this is the ONLY one that I refer to almost every week.
It helped me to crack the code on sauces. It helped me understand how to season meats. The salad dressings are amazing. And there are million other little touches that will help you with everything that you make.
Many of my friends have copied down their favorites.
All of my family's favorite dinners either come from this book or are inspired by elements of this book.
I could go on and on about it. But I am cooking dinner. :)
